These seven new Seiko 5 Sports creations are inspired by two immensely popular Japanese animations, NARUTO and BORUTO. On each model an important character from one of the animations plays a central role: Naruto, Sasuke, Shikamaru, Lee and Gaara from NARUTO; Boruto and Sarada from BORUTO.
NARUTO was first broadcast in Japan in 2002, and since then has built up a huge fan base in the rest of the world. BORUTO is the sequel to the series with Naruto's son - Boruto Uzumaki - as the central figure and is still being continued today.

DIAL & INDEX
His iconic Jutsu (ninja technique) 'Rasengan' served as a source of inspiration for the spiral pattern of the dial. The nine orange indexes refer to the Nine-Tails sealed in Naruto. While the 12 o'clock index represents the pendant he inherited from Tsunade, a senior Hokage from his village.
The worn-out looking bezel and cabinet reflect the tough training needed to become a Hokage. A title awarded to the leader of the Hidden Leaf Village where Naruto belongs. The bezel, engraved with the symbol of Naruto's village, is designed after his forehead guard.
On the back of the cabinet is the Kamon of the Uzumaki clan printed, and the serial number from 0001/6500 to 6500/6500 to indicate that it is a limited edition.
